During my freelance work in San Francisco with a local realtor, I led social media and graphic design efforts to support the sale of a property. I developed and executed a tailored content plan for the realtor's personal real estate Instagram, focusing on consistent posting, visual cohesion, and audience engagement. My responsibilities included designing branded social media posts, writing compelling copy, and creating reels and stories to highlight the property's unique features. I ensured all content aligned with the realtor's personal brand and helped establish a strong online presence throughout the selling process.
In addition to digital content, I designed physical signage to be displayed throughout the home, including custom QR codes that linked directly to the property’s online listing and floorplan. This made it easier for open house visitors to access key information on the spot. I also assisted with open house events, this experience allowed me to apply both creative and strategic thinking in a real-world setting while gaining experience in real estate marketing.
